The Super Eagles camp in Uyo was an exciting arena yesterday as John Obi Mikel and John Ogu arrived to join the rest of their national team colleagues.
With the arrival of the duo, 29 of the 30 players in the Nigeria provisional squad are now on the ground as the preparations for the World Cup enters top gear.
Before now, there was an explanation by the Super Eagles spokesperson Toyin Ibitoye that
Mikel was granted leave to sort out some pending family matters.
Ibitoye had also revealed that the Eagles skipper has been in touch with the coach, and should be with the team before the friendly match with DR Congo next week.
