Aare Ona Kakanfo designate, Otunba Gani Adams has vowed to use his new office to unite the Yoruba race.
Adams made the promise during a visit to the Olowa of Igbara-Oke kingdom, Oba Adefarakanmi Agbede, at his palace, as part ongoing visit to monarchs in Ondo state.
While acknowledging that the responsibilities of his new office are enormous, Adams promised to build on the successes of his predecessors in uniting the Yoruba race.
On his part, Oba Adefarakanmi Agbede, again congratulated the Aare Ona Kakanfo designate, saying his new office is a product of steadfastness, dedication and determination towards a united Yoruba nation.
While wishing the Adams, success, oba agbede also enjoined all Yoruba traditional rulers to give him maximum support.
