Ondo State Radiovision Corporation (OSRC) now parades the best broadcast equipment after the reforms recently carried out by the state government to transform the station.
Chairman Management Committee of OSRC and Orange FM, Mr. Kunle Adebayo made the revelation during a sensitization visit to the Chairman Council Of Obas in Ondo and Olukare of Ikareland Oba Akadiri Momoh and Olubaka of Okaland, Oba Adebori Adeleye.
Adebayo said the visit is part of efforts to intimate the people of Ondo state on the ongoing reforms at the OSRC and its reopening on Thursday, (tomorrow).
He reiterated to the monarchs, that no worker was sacked in the corporation why the reforms lasted and pleaded with the people to take ownership of the Station.
He revealed that, the Akeredolu led administration has procured state of the art equipment for the station to serve the people better.
Also speaking, the Olukare of Ikareland, Oba Akadiri Momoh commended Governor Akeredolu for efforts at transforming and repositioning OSRC.
He assured that, the people of the community would continue to support the present administration for more dividends of good governance.
On his part, the Olubaka of Okaland, Oba Adebori Adeleye described the reforms in OSRC as a step in the right direction.
He solicited professionals to man the station’s new equipment and urged workers of the corporation to maintain high standard.
Other management committee members of OSRC/Orange FM on the visit, were Mr Soji Alakuro, Mr Steve Alabi, the Administrative Secretary, Mr Oluwole Ayeni, the Special Assistant to Governor Akeredolu on Research and Documentation, Lulu Fawehinmi as well as management staff of OSRC.
