Some football fans in Ondo state capital have  expressed disappointment at the Super Eagles’ 0-2 loss to Croatia in their opening game of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
They spoke with Orangefm while reacting to the  outcome of the super eagles and croatia match in Akure, the state capital.
The soccer fans   said  super  Eagles got their tactics and formation wrong against  Croatia and attributed  the defeat to overconfidence and lack of adequate  preparations.
A sports analyst and psychologist, Mr Ajayi Omoniyi who  advised Gernot Rohr to critically work on the attakers  against next match said  the players were not  coordinated while the coach failed to also  make the necessary substitutions on time.
The result meant that,  Croatia moved to the top of the table with three points, while Argentina and Iceland are second and third respectively after playing out a 1-1 draw.
The super Eagles  next match against Iceland  is slated for  Friday this week.
